Description

Pioneer is an exciting game of memory.

For a short period of time a random path will be shown to you. After the path has been cleared from the play field, it is your responsibility to reconstruct it in its initially given order.

If you succeed you can proceed to the next level. With each level the path will become more difficult to remember and reconstruct.

Train your memory, compare your high scores online with friends and win prizes, such as iTunes gift cards.

Note: Prizes in the form of iTunes gift cards are currently only redeemable in the U.S. iTunes store.

(A free version of this game, Pioneer lite, is now available!)

For 99 Cents not bad at all

:
WHO IS THIS GAME FOR?

For those who love to memorize and expand their memory a bit more, you will find the challenge in this game quite attractive. For the first few levels it does seem kind of trivial but as the levels progress there comes difficulty.

This game is not like Trism or anything similar to it. It is a very different game in itself and should be tried out by the casual gamer if they have the dollar to spend.

PROS:

1. The ranking system is simple enough where you trying to achieve the high score is doable unlike an impossible online gaming stat keeping system.

2. Great Challenge as scalability is there for the game to get extremely difficult as well.

Cons

1. Perhaps you should add a "You Lose" message box or something of that sort to let the user know that they lost rather than saying that you achieved the high score. I read one review here where they thought that you can only achieve a high score and the game will stop. That is not true. You can achieve the highest score you can but it will not tell you that you lost if the sound is off.

2. Random patterns would help even at first rather than just sequential ones appearing (I like challenging games)

OVERALL

A solid effort and one that should not be dismissed easily.

Thanks for your work

Good puzzle game.

:
This is like Simon on crack. It is so addictive I was late for an appointment yesterday. This is without a doubt my favorite "Simon" type puzzle game.

Addictive memory game

:
This is a simple, yet fun memory and pattern recognition game. Its very addictive. My only critique is that when you beat the previous highscore it stops your game right in the middle, prompts you to enter your initials, but it won't return back to the game. All in all, its a fun game and worth the $0.99.
